Hi Dylan,

Thanks for your comments, I'm glad you enjoy reading what I have to share =)

I don't consider myself a natural writer and it took a fair bit of effort to write up what I have so far, so I am very happy to get positive feedback.

I have been meaning to write a post on a topic similar to your question for some time but have been extremely busy with various projects so I will write about it in more detail sometime soon. But to give you a very brief answer for now:

Don't touch them! I had the same problem where I would pick at anything which I felt I had a chance of 'digging out' and I would regret doing so every time. Also if you haven't read it yet, I have a post titled 'How to feel better with acne - Stop Looking!' which should help you with this issue also. Basically, the less you look, the less you think about acne and the less you will mess with it and make it worse. Also the less you think about acne, the less you will manifest into physical reality.

Anyway, I hope this helps. Good luck and let us know of your progress!

Last night as well as this morning I sat down and worked my way through reading the entire 'process' as it could be called. I just want to give you a get big thanks for all of this! The process is simplistic and brief and I think it can work with everyone, at least to help their acne on large scale level if not cure it entirely.

For me the largest part of this process will be the 'emotional' side of things. My acne isn't even that bad at the moment, probably due to being on an anti-biotic called Bactrim, which I am hoping does it's job. But I commonly find myself messing with every small surge in my skin and turning it into a massively inflamed spot. So any words of the wise, beyond what you explained in your post? The rest I should be able to follow rather easily. I am already a strict vegetarian, but could still do a better job at keeping dairy levels down.

Although I am on an anti-biotic right now (Bactrim) and several other topicals, which I'm going to keep using for the time being and let them run their course. I'm going to start trying to follow this routine or something very similar, because it can do nothing but help. Then hopefully when I come off of Bactrim and continue using your method I will remain acne free (: Again, just wanted to say thank you very much for putting this all up. You made the reading less scientific, and more broad which was enjoyable. I find your personality very down to earth too, which is a plus. Amazing work man.

Dear Anonymous Guru,

I would also like to say a huge THANKS to you for taking the time to create this site. I think you are pretty amazing for sharing the information you placed here without putting a price tag on it.

I find that there are not many charities for acne sufferrers as for individulas who suffer with other problems. So I really think what you did here shows how large your heart is.

I will be sure to keep you guys posted on my progress.

Sincerely,

Sparks

To all my acne suffers and to everyone. Hear this: disease in meat is not uncommon. I got this from a seventh-day adventist called Ellen g White. This is a must read. Check out the following link to see what she said about the danger and disadvantage of eating meat: http://www.serv-online.org/Ellen-White-article.htm

p.s. I am starting the anonymous guru's suggestions today and i hope this will work for me and everyone else who tries it.

Peace

Hey,

Been a long time since I've reported back with my acne conditions. Its safe to say that I no longer get anymore pimples, just the occasional one or two. Its no longer cystic and no white spots or anything. Looks much better and I feel better. I can't thank you anough, I am so much more confident and I don't cover my face anymore when talking. Thanks for taking the time and helping people, and you can be sure that its working, its sure did for me.

Hi Alejandro,

You seem to be going about this very seriously and thoroughly I am sure you will be clear before you know it! =)

Remember to find a clean water supply as well, in terms of 'toxin input' I believe that was the biggest problem for me.

Good luck with college and with your skin and I look forward to hearing about your progress.

I see. I am also trying to buy grass fed beef (there goes my party money, that thing is expensive if you eat paleo since it is 1lb+ a day, I guess I will do more house parties now). That would eliminate all the unnatural contents of the store meat I am buying. All my greens are organic, but not my fruits, tomatoes, and avocados.

The book and DVD have not gotten to my home yet. I bought them through amazon, they should get here sometime next week. I am particularly busy with college these next 3 weeks so it might take me a little to read the book. Same with incorporating the yoga routine to my day, but I am sure I'll get there.

Thanks for the help, I will let you know of my progress.

Hello again Alejandro =)

Making your own salsa and mustard would be better, i definitely shouldn't have any negative effects! But I think you probably don't need to go that far. It sounds like you have already cleaned up the main part of your diet and the small amount of preservatives from your condiments probably wont be doing that much damage (unless you're pouring the stuff on!). Even with my first diet, the wasabi I was using came out of a tube and also I would sometimes use packaged salad dressing on my salads when I couldn't be bothered making my own.

Also thanks for the book recommendation! How did you find the AM/PM yoga DVD and The Wheels of Life? =)
