How to feel better with ACNE -
Tip#1 Relativity
Hey guys, I have received a couple of emails recently about Part #3 of my cure for cystic acne, and more specifically on the Law of Attraction and how to be happy throughout the process of healing.
This is similar to a topic I also often see on acne forums, many people ask about how to deal with their depression due to acne. So I thought I would write up a short series of quick tips on how to feel better with acne, while I am working on the main ‘How to cure Cystic Acne’ series.
If you have learnt about the Law of Attraction you will know why being happy is so important to getting clear and actually to achieve any goal you have in life.
Basically, happiness is an indicator which tells you that the actions or thoughts which you are experiencing at that moment are bringing you towards the things you want. Any negative emotions such as despair, anger and frustration are indicators telling you that what you want is getting further away from you.
So the more you feel happy the quicker the Law of Attraction will bring you the physical experience of having clean, clear, acne free skin.
Basically this mini-series will provide some quick, but valuable tips on how to feel better about acne. You probably wont be able to feel happy about it straight away, but with application and practice these tips will gradually help you feel better and better about your skin.
I went from despair, to depression, to anger, to frustration, to irritation, to hopefulness, to gladness and eventually to happiness. Sometimes I went backwards a little bit, to irritation or frustration, but using some of the tips I am going to provide you I was able to climb back up to happiness with a little self-discipline.
Remember the longer you stay in happiness the quicker you will get clear!
OK so my first tip is about the Law of relativity which states: nothing is good or bad, big or small, until to relate it to something.
For example if you told me that my total savings in my bank account was $10 Million, I would be happy, I would consider it a good thing because I’ve never had that much money. But if you told Donald Trump, ‘your total net worth is $10 Million’ he wouldn’t be very happy, he would consider it a bad thing because he’s used to having BILLIONS not millions! So whether something is good or bad is relative to your current position.
So I’m guessing if you are reading this, acne is the biggest physical issue you are facing at the moment. I know it is very easy to feel very down about acne, especially if it is severe. I’m sure all of you have, like myself, in the darkest moments of dealing with acne thought ‘why me?’, ‘why do I have to suffer through this?’
But think about how things could be worse, have you thought about how it would feel to be blind? Or how it would feel to live in a poverty-stricken country? I would say a blind person or a person living in extreme poverty would gladly swap their situation for your acne, no matter how bad it is.
So, think of that, take a look at your surroundings and you will realize how much you have to be grateful for.
If you are reading this post right now, it means that: you must have a computer; internet; electricity; shelter; enough money for the electricity and shelter (or even better, people who pay for your electricity and shelter!); eyesight; a functioning brain; the ability to read; etc. etc. etc.
You may take those things for granted but remember there are people out there in the world that don’t have the above-mentioned things and would gladly accept your acne to trade places with you.
So that’s my first tip, practice relating your situation to something worse and you will realize that acne isn’t so bad. It will make you realize all the good things you have in your life, focus on these good things and be grateful. When you feel gratitude that is a positive emotion, and when you feel positive emotion only positive things can come to you, I.e – Clear skin is on its way!
Peace
The Anonymous Guru.
